1. The subscriber must declare that all provided information and documentation are correct and valid[cite: 47].
2. The monthly bill or line rent must be paid to InsaTEL on a prepaid basis[cite: 53].
3. The one-time installation charge (OTC) is strictly non-refundable[cite: 52].
4. If the monthly subscription bill is not paid on time, the connection will be blocked automatically without prior notice[cite: 54].
5. The subscriber shall not use the internet connectivity for any illegal activities or purposes prohibited by BTRC[cite: 62].
